Parental Engagement

Parental Engagement Program

The major objectives of the parental engagement program is to create a process to: Facilitate communication and cooperation among the community, parents and schools; establish active parent participation at various levels of the education process; and to empower parents to become decision makers in the education of their children in an effort to improve their academic success.

Here at Fannin we encourage parents to be involved at the school and participate in all the classes that are provided. Classes are provided through: Project Vida(Building Families), Child Crisis Center, Food and Nutrition Education, Bullying Prevention, Zumba Fitness Classes, El Paso Police Department, ACCION (Against Colorectal Cancer in our Neighborhoods) and Project Bravo.
